NBA 75 includes 26 additional players. Of which, only 4 where snubbed in NBA 50 while 22 players are for new players.
Those four snubbed in NBA 50 but included in NBA 75 are Bob McAdoo, Dennis Rodman, Dominique Wilkins and Reggie Miller.
Reggie is borderline as he is already 30 years old when NBA 50 was released.

Now from the current NBA 75 list, if we will include 4 players from current and past generations to be included in NBA 100, who will they be?

Obviously, Dwight Howard will be a locked so that means only 3 spots are left.

Contenders are Dennis Johnson, Alex English, Dikembe Mutombo, Chris Webber, Ben Wallace, Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming, Tony Parker and Pau Gasol

Next locks for top 100 are Tmac, Dwight and Manu imo.

If proven that Game 6 of Lakers-Kings game was fixed, then Chris Webber is definitely a lock.

The most deserving is Pau, in fact I think Pau is underrated on most lists. Impact, rings, stats, he was the man on the grizzlies and put up his numbers. Then played Robin to Kobe and gritted out 2 rings. He was a grinder, when I look at how soft Anthony Davis is I appreciate Pau that much more.

Followed by Ben Wallace, and Tony Parker. You just can’t put the others on the list above these 3 due to winning + individual awards + impact

So we expect Dwight, VC, Tmac and Pau Gasol to make the NBA 100 list.

Honestly considering how the league is going probably all these guys.

The next 25 will almost only be guys from the next 25 years. I doubt there's space for any of the guys you mentionned. In fact, they should start over every 25 years and bumped whoever shouldn't be considered a top 75 or 100 player anymore.

Vince is a huge snub. Folks just don’t remember his time with the Raptors and Nets it seems.

It depends on if there are 20-25 better players than Dwight and TMac over the next 25 years. Jokic and Luka for sure will be on it. There is a great possibility that Embiid, Morant, Young, Booker, Tatum, Irving will surpass those two in stats/win shares (probably a given). Then players not yet in their prime but have a chance to take it up a level in KAT, Lavine, Mitchell, SGA. Then you have all the young highly skilled players that have their whole NBA careers ahead of them like Murray, LaMelo, Cade, Mobley, Edwards, Haliburton, Garland, various others then you have players not even drafted yet but projected to be generational like Wembanyama

Pau’s a great player, but he typically got swept in the playoffs by himself and then won 2 rings with Kobe. Outside of DJ and Tony Parker no one else on this list played with a player as great as Kobe.

I’m having a hard time voting because each of these players have their strengths and weaknesses. With the current talent level in the NBA it’s possible that none of these players make it, and the 3 we see join the list are Dwight, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green.

I’m confused, how did they add 26 players to the top 50 and come up with a top 75?
