Some analysis on why it's not a charge instead of "the ref was hating" would be a lot better.

I hate when guys try to draw a charges like that on a follow through, He's gotten rid of the ball, Unless he's plowing through him and taking him out of the play or out of control, leave it and dont reward it

Well seems that after the challenge the wiz foul was cancelled, so the windmill dunk did count

Yea play was challenge and the dunk counted.

I hate that call, it's really not in the spirit of the game to make no effort to actually defend the ball and just stand there waiting to fall over from contact by a guy passing the ball

I don't get this POV--the rules already favor the offensive side in bball in general and that's taken to an extreme in the NBA, the only thing you can't do is bulldoze directly into a defender standing stock still. Gotta give the defender something to work with.

This play is also a charge, and JJJ could've very very easily avoided it.

The guy is passing the ball, he shouldn’t have to worry about running into a player that has no interest in defending the ball or blocking the shot. Defender is trying to take a cheap foul
