what is going on with these nba/fan interactions? how many times is this since they started letting fans back in?

They either gotta tell nba staff/players to chill tf out and punish them so severly they are detered from doing this in the future, or they gotta make it like other sports and you cant heckle the players so harshly.

Before players just took it, but it seems to be way worse especially when they deal with this online as well.

People think their twitter fingers allow them to talk crap in real life. I don't condone fighting but people need to be held accountable if they say anything that crosses the line.

No clue what was said here though, just speaking in general.

When Trez is the voice of reason for a coach - that coach not fit to be a coach-

Honestly what could the fan say that if uninterrupted a coach gonna go into the stands and fight that man?

Please someone tell me what someone could say that could get you arrested AND you lose your job AND you might just lose the fight…

People need to chillax on this attacking your customers lol

The wiz losing - no need to lose YOUR job too

I think Silver needs to do some creative thinking to bring back more fighting into the league. I think I speak for everyone when I say we want more fighting in the league. Among players, among fans, and also between players and fans. So many different things to watch for. It also brings back the role of the enforcer which is something that's sorely been missed.

If I go a game can I fight a player? Or can I claim
A champion like in Rome and have him fight on my behalf?

If so, I want Khabiib to fight Dinwiddie and Jake Paul to fight Harden.

That would 100% make things a lot more interesting.

That said, we get any details on what was said? This is instantly the best story in the NBA this year.

You can make some money off of it by also allowing fans to vote and gamble on the outcome of fights as they break out. Simply by downloading an ap on their phone.

Look… I understand fans talk crap and that deep down sometimes you just want to be a man and stand up for yourself or your team, but come on, be smart. This could cost you your job. Just tell security and let them deal with it and move on.

But what's the line? I think the recent incident where Randle got a fan ejected only because his heckling hit the nail on the head a little too squarely has opened some eyes. I certainly don't assume anymore that players are always tell the truth and it makes me wonder if every fan accused of crossing the line, particularly those accused of making racial insults, actually did. There have been incidents where a player has accused a fan of making a racial insult and got him ejected but nobody else could corroborate it.

I'm beginning to think the biggest problem is that fans have gotten too witty and biting with their heckling. Player's egos and composure crumbling before our very eyes.

Without knowing what was said it’s hard to take a position either way.

Either the ‘fan’ is a real POS or the assistant overreacted, it all depends on what was said.

I disagree with the idea that the assistant can’t react no matter what said, at some point some people just need a good knee to the face

Boo. Sticks and stones may break my bones is an actual life lesson that was once taken seriously and that I have taken to heart. People can say whatever they want to someone grounded, secure in their skin and in control of themselves and it won't elicit a knee to the face. The only real crossing the line is turning a verbal altercation physical. When you do that is when you deserve a knee to the face.

The problem is people are losing the ability to not let their emotions dictate their actions and frankly it's pathetic.

The day before: Charlotte player gets up like he's about to punch his head coach.

Tonight: Wizards asst coach gets up to go fight a fan

Heat games are wild.

Don't know exactly, either, aside from the fan getting under the coach's skin, but this video's better
