Pretty nice for a 33-29 game!
The raptors really passed on something special when they took Scottie Barnes.

Odd flex when Barnes is twice the player that Suggs is and twice as special.
Barnes will be an allstar very shortly in this league, kids a phenom.

Can we get this stupid Barnes vs Suggs crap out of here? They are both good.

Suggs was unhappy that he didnt get an invite to the slam dunk contest.

Why did he play 14 minutes? Hurt again?

Foul trouble. He had 3 fouls in the first 3 minutes of the first quarter. He fouled out of the game.

No. The 2 will always be linked because Masai Ujiri got a lot of flack for going against the grain in taking Barnes ahead of Suggs. But so far it's turning out not only was Masai right & in a re-draft today, Barnes would go higher than 4 and Suggs lower than 5.
While I'd agree it's early and thing can change, but where we stand today, Suggs has a ways go to be "good" at least on the offensive end, and needs to work on his fundamentals like shooting rather than show off dunks like a Vince Carter wannabe.

He looks better than I remember at Gonzaga. Like even slightly big for a 2.

Not impressed, seen that plenty of times on a 1 man fast break.

Impressive dunk.
I looked at the box score to see how he played and well... that was his only FG and he fouled out with 6 Turnovers in 13 minutes lol.

that's gotta be the most careful self-alley-oop ever.

I love it, Orlando fans need this after a decade of mediocrity
I'm on record saying I think Suggs will blossom into a winning player but damn his scoring efficiency has been in the tank all season

He's like a poor mans Westbrook, but GM's have already seen the destruction Westbrook can do.

They’ll all be linked together when Kuminga is the best player to come out of this draft

Suggs has struggled to translate this year. Very surprising to me, I thought he was the 2nd best player in last years draft. Way off on that one. He may not even be top ten in his draft class when it’s all said and done. Lots of time to decide that stuff though.

Hi George! It's really the three point shooting. It's actually somehow got worse recently...he's shooting 19% from three over a decent stretch of games. I mean if you discount the three point shooting entirely his TS isn't horrible.

Yeah, he hasn't been good at all this year but he is just a rookie. Hopefully, he proves to be better next year.
