Against a quality big and a red hot pelicans team

He’s already the clear cut best offensive player in my view.

But it’s getting to the point that he might be the best scorer as well. This guy can seemingly put up a 7/8 shooting quarter on call. He’s putting up 26 PPG on 66% TS and every indication is that he has way more room to ramp up his volume without sacrificing efficiency.

I want people to list their top 3 players in the NBA and try to leave this man off...

I always thought that Jokic, Murray and MPJ will be the next Spurs like dynasty if they can stay healthy.

probably the best passer of all time and goat trajectory top 10 along with giannis.
his archetype destroys curry and durant they arent even close of a caliber to jokic. one of the most complete player to exist.
he also taught lebron how to carry a game when needed not just stat padding in a blowout.

One of the best performances probably EVER! He apparently was still feeling sick at the start of the game and hadn't eaten the last couple of days because of the illness that made him miss the last game. He almost ended it in regulation with a steal and pass the Jeff Green who almost dropped one.

And a huge block late in the fourth quarter. And a steal that could have led to a game winner. His defense was as dominating as his offense. Probably the best stretch I've ever seen from him, and that's saying a lot.

Aaron Gordon is probably the only other player that belongs on the court for Denver right now.

Ya I saw some other fun stats about tonight.

2nd Center ever to have 2 40pt triple doubles in a single season. Wilt is the other one.
2nd player ever to have a 45pt triple double with a FG% above 70%. Wilt again was the other one.

Yup. And that's the thing, no one wants to see Aaron Gordon being their #2 option. But you would love to have him be your #4 guy. This team gets scary good if they can get MPJ and Murray back. It would just force everyone down 2 spots and the team would all of a sudden look like a solid built team.

But ya at the moment, its rough to watch this team outside of Jokic.

That was incredible. He even outdid his performance vs the clippers from about a month ago where he looked like a top 5 all time player during the last quarter + OT. This surpassed that…simply unbelievable.

That may have been his best regular season performance yet. Just legendary stuff in the 4th and OT.

Watched the game, once Valancuinus fouled out in the 4th quarter Hernangomez was basically eaten alive by Jokic. Dude had no chance of guarding him.
