I think this is a really interesting group of players to choose from. I have to say Ball, though. His playmaking is unreal, he can shoot, he can score, and he's only 20. But dang, I'd love any of them.

Garland, but it’s razor thin over LaMelo.

Garland is the best overall scorer of all of them, and a very good passer as well.

Averaging 29/3.5/11.5 (per 75 poss) on ~64% TS since the all star break.

LaMelo by far has the highest ceiling of the 3. He has the most to gain with an increase in strength.

Would you trade Mitchell for any of them?

I'd probably have to trade him for Ball, but I wouldn't want to. It's a hard question. Wouldn't begrudge fans of the respective teams not wanting to do the reverse, either.

I just love big point guards I lean LaMelo even though I thought he'd bust, obviously I'd love it if the correct answer was DJ, don't underestimate that dog he has in him either, he's turned out way better than I thought, I love his mentality, this won't be his only all star appearance. He'd be behind Garland and LaMelo by a significant margin as of right now though.

Why is Dejounte Murray being disrespected like this
I'm going Garland, he's the better scorer and has the better vision, but Murray is a close 2nd. He is tall, can defend and grab boards as well as dish it out, he's just an overall solid player. I believe Garland is a no.1 option while Murray is a solid no.2 glue guy that does it all.

For some reason I get a lot of Jrue Holiday vibes from Murray. A little bit in terms of play style and a little bit in terms of their size. I think he is going to be that great 'do a little bit of everything' 3rd option type of piece on a contender.

I can't really find a comp for Garland. I would say a Dame/Kyrie but he has shown much better natural PG and playmaking skills than either of those two who are predominantly scoring guards. He's actually shown capability with defense that I never saw from Kyrie.

Murray or Garland.

Ball unless he proves me wrong will continue to be a sideshow stat chaser his whole career.

Garland, but if Melo can become the defender his brother is, I’ll take him in a heartbeat.

Garland is clearly the best potential player of the bunch. He's the whole package.

Interesting nobody seems to pick Murray but he is getting about the same votes as Ball.
