DeMar said this himself on Ibaka's cooking show.

Didn't get into the specifics but there was chatter in the off-season that DeMar was willing to take less money to go home.

He would have definitely helped this season with Kawhi and PG out, but I wonder what the fit would be with both of them back. Perhaps Derozan could have played some point guard? He does have good ball handling and passing skills

Well, before he was injured, Paul George was technically the primary ball handler and playmaker, so yea, that's basically what would happen. Would be quite the interesting combination of players.

Well at the time when DD chose Bulls his agent called LAC not to bother, there would be no meeting, DD had chosen Chicago so likely this went as far as either LA team could afford him.

Well he's from LA so it's understandable why he preferred the Lakers/Clippers but it didn't happen.

Funny how ESPN keeps talking about how DeRozan could have gone to LA or New York. He wanted LA get it straight. Nobody prefers to play for the Knicks organization.

I think DD, Kawhi, and George would be nasty

3 guys with skill + size, and who are interchangeable from the 2-4 spot. IMO if healthy they would have been heavy favorites to win it all.
