Did the Heat Low Key get turned back on?

They went from an embarrassing moment with the Jimmy Butler altercation and 4 Game Losing Streak to a 6 Game Winning Streak.

Honestly I am pretty impressed they put it behind them so quickly. Bench vet literally told the best player on the team he'll beat his ass and the Spo/Jimmy got heated but they all moved on like professionals. Kind of makes me think Simmons could've easily shrugged off Doc and Embiid's comments and done something special with philly, considering they were far more mild than a physical threat.

We all got friends that over exaggerate. Things get to "omg we all gunna dieee" vs "we might be three minutes late".

Personally, i officially overreacted to the bench scene. It ended up being nothing.

I suppose when everyone wants the same thing and they know the guy next to them wants the same thing, a few out of place words dont end a season.

Heat gets heavy national media news when it's negative. They do something impressive or outstanding and you don't a peep from the media.

Never let the personal get in the way of the professional. Yes it was a bad look, but you gotta be smarter than that and they put it behind them like real pros. It's extremely beneficial to have a dude like Lowry who's the yin to Jimmy's yang for the lack of a better phrase who not only gets the best out of Jimmy, but gets the best out of his teammates especially in doing those little things that never show up on a stat sheet. Plus having Haslem in there helps a lot as a steady veteran presence who not only has the coaching staff's back, but most importantly is there to mentor the young guys along the way.

They've been pretty damn good for most of the season, they've had their hiccups here and there like every other team, but it's really good that they got Strus who's the perfect starting guard next to Lowry which allows Herro to run the 2nd unit with Robinson+Martin+Vincent and the rest of the reserves.

The fact that a team that doesn’t make the play offs and another one in the play ins is getting more attention than then all year is kinda sad. I’m sure it’s because they have no superstars.

Ben is too soft. He probably would've asked for a trade after the game. If it was after the trade deadline, he would play the mental issue card and be out for the rest of the season.

It was probably a blessing in disguise. They have played great ever since that incident. Our main problem this season was getting repetitions with our playoffs rotation. We always had players in and out for various reasons. It proved that when everyone was healthy they didnt play as good as expected and it led to frustrations which culminated with the bench incident. I'm confident for the playoffs, all of our top4 players have been very solid

They told everyone that that sort of thing happens all the time with their team. No one believed them.

The heat are a world class organization with an amazing culture lead by the goat in Riley. I wouldn’t even be surprised if someone told Haslem to act like that in order to light fire on the players.
