Dude's snapping on a media member for asking a legit question that im sure Philly fans themselves have wondered about. Why tf isnt Paul Reed getting minutes and possibly the least athletic team in the league?

Ι feel like every interview with Doc is basically media beating around the bush because they don't want to ask him directly the question they really want to ask him: "are you actually a terrible coach?" lol

Doc is starting to feel the pressure. He knows if he doesn't succeed this year with Embiid/Harden, he's gone. His scapegoat in Simmons is gone, so who will he blame this year if it doesn't go right?

Most 3-1 leads blown in the playoffs
Most game 7's lost as a coach

He's lucky Thibs carried that Celtics team in 08 or this guy would forever be known as playoff choker.

Naaa. They're still paying Brett Brown, Philly ownership probably isn't down for paying 3 coaches all at the same time. Doc will get 1 more full year with Embiid and Harden. If he sucks next along with a stinker these playoffs then he'll be gone. They won't fire him this yr imo.

This dude already looks rattled and defeated going into this playoff run. I don't know how he can possibly be inspiring anyone in the locked room when he seems so defensive and irritated about people questioning his gameplan. If I were a Philly fan I would be very nervous at this point - is this the guy you want with you in the fox hole?

Not a good look for Doc, and I find myself saying that a lot lately. First getting defensive and asking "would you ask Pop that question?" Then acting like he was the reason the Clips became a destination team (as opposed to mgmt bringing in multiple star players). Now this :noway:

Most Philly fans have been petitioning for BBall Paul (or even Bassey) since trading Drummond. DeAndre is so washed it's mind-boggling Doc keeps giving him minutes. It's even more mind-boggling that Morey signed him in the first place because Mr Analytics should know better. I almost wonder if Doc was like "if you're gonna trade my son-in-law then I want you to sign my old friend DeAndre to fill in for Drummond". It just doesn't make sense.
