They’ll just stand pat, perfectly happy to make the playoffs to keep their fans happy, never actually trying to risk being a contender. Ultimate treadmill team.

Don't think Snyder should go. He's a good coach. Think clearly they need to look at the roster. Conley has been bad and paid big money.

The late-season collapse was pretty damning. By the advanced stats they are not a first-round exit team.
Whether it was team chemistry or Xs & Os, it does feel like they need a shakeup.

Synder is going walk if hes not fired. They need get rid of mike, bog, and maybe Mitchell? Rudy contract will be hard to move.... if they have to chose one or the other.

The Mitchell Gobert experiment is going nowhere. Trade one of them, and it might be Mitchell as he's more tradeable

One of Mitchell or Gobert will be gone by the start of the season. I'm betting on Mitchell...

The definition of a treadmill team.

Another first round exit concluding another disappointing season.
Jazz have made the playoffs for 6 straight seasons yet only have won 3 total games in the second round.

This is the team to watch in the off-season. One of gobert and Mitchell are gone.

Mike Conley’s travel sums up his entire post season. Guy was flat out cancer to the Jazz. Taking ill advised elbow wing 3 pointers bricking them every single time. He was arguably the Mav’s 3rd best player after Luka and Brunson

Bogdonavic missed game winner sums up the Jazz. The entire team kept bricking jumpers open or contested. 3-30 in game 5. 25.7% in game 6.

Sorry the Mavs defense is good, but not so stifling where you shoot that bad . Almost like I’ve never seen a team miss that many open shots.

Sell high on Mitchell and make Clarkson a starter. Clarkson was better than Mitchell this series.

First, fire Snyder. He has had 3 terrible post seasons in a row where he was out coached by a large margin. Solid regular season coach, horrific playoff coach.

Find a way to dump Comley- he has been awful for this team 2 of his 3 seasons here. He is cooked. So glad we gave so much up for him. At least Lindsey is gone.

The FO needs to think long and hard about blowing up the whole team and just restarting.

Now and the next trade deadline is the best time to get the most value out of Mitchell and Gobert and they really should take advantage of it, as much as I hate to say that as a Jazz fan.

But seriously, Snyder had got to go. He ain't good and he has you fooled if you think he is.

I think the Jazz are on the same path as the Trailblazers, just trailing them by a year or two. They've been consistently good but never quite good enough, but now it's getting hard to see how you can make the roster better. Some of their key players aren't getting any younger.

I have a hard time seeing them blow it up, and I don't think they should just yet. They are veteran team without much youth and so I think you try a shakeup to go for one last run if you can, possibly moving Gobert but perhaps also doing something with the other guys on the roster and their first rounder. However, they should definitely avoid trading a whole stack of future picks/swaps as that will be unpleasant a few years from now. With an older roster and not being a free agent destination I see a rebuild as very hard to avoid, it's just a matter of when it happens.

Conley has been extremely disappointing for the Jazz. To think they could have gone after Chris Paul instead.

Personally I think they should trade Conley and get good 3 and D PF who can play defense in the paint. Gobert is the only player from their core guys who can do that so when he's taking out of the paint, there's no one left to cover.

But I think they'll do a major retool by trading Gobert or Mitchell.

It’s time to separate. Either keep running the treadmill or make moves. Either Gobert or Mitchell must go. Feel like you get more for Mitchell and at this point I feel like he doesn’t produce what he is supposed to be producing with his talent.

The Jazz were built as a Spurs-like system by guys who came from the Spurs organization. Time and again, they haven't been good enough to beat teams with more length, athleticism and floor balance. The game may be passing that type of system by.

Ainge is the guy who likes interchangeable, athletic wings. It's going to be interesting what happens next, but the team has to agree upon a philosophy.
