Think its smart. Its basicly learning from the ground. Dont know how old this owner is, but say he expects to hand the torch to the daughter in 10 years being assistant GM for G-league for a few years, then move on to some position in the Kings to learn that part is great way to go and imo a smart way more heirs to owners should go.

But still, for the sake of argument , I have two qualifying points for him,
He's got to try and do something ? If he has failed at all publicly announced decisions and plans thus far , what is he supposed to do? just sit on his hands all day?
Also, on a day to day basis, we dont know what other things are on his plate I am sure he has much success in a ton of things we dont see. Just shows how he even got to his position, it isnt all just failure and luck. Im sure lot of it is due to successs through hard work.

I don't really see the problem with it. It already comes with the plus that as I recall that at least one of Ranadive's daughters is easy on the eyes.

Uh yes, he should sit on his hands all day and let the people he hired make the decisions.

I would 100% hire my family to work positions in a company I own. Ya'll crazy if you don't support your own family.
