Everybody ripped him for years in Minnesota calling him a bust and a bad teammate. Then when he was traded everybody said Minnesota won the trade by getting Dlo. In reality he is a great 2 way player who has been great for the Warriors during this postseason run.

No, he is not a *great* two way player. He's overpaid relative to production. That said he fills a role Golden State needs and he has certainly improved (and probably matured) since then. Also, many of us had the trade as a clear loss for Minnesota because they traded their pick in the process.

He made the All-Star team. Let's not pretend he's underappreciated.

While his offense has been inconsistent he's been a fantastic defender all year, who has the ability to be a top 3 option when hes on.

Wiggins is still trash. The fact that he's being productive in a role where he's the 5th best player on the team and the 6th most important doesn't change the fact that he's trash.

I bought a Wiggins jersey when he was with MIN... I owe him nothing more than that

It is the time for all of his haters to apologize.
And they will do it.
Because Wiggins is in West Conference finals.
He showcase himself in a big stage.
And the biggest stage, the finals are in front of him.
Wiggins was always good.
He has scored 11500 points in this league and he is 27yo.
People just wanted to trash him and they could do it because he was playing for a losing team.

Now they will say, he is good, he has improved a lot.
But watch out because the finals are in front of us and Wiggins has one more level.

He took the cheque and mailed it in. The fact he's not performing and doing the small things on a title contender still screams he didn't care. So No. Not apologising. We still did well to kick his leech ass to the curb

Nothing in this post is even true, besides that he's productive. And it doesn't even make logically sense – even if he was only the 5th best player on a contender, that makes him by definition a very solid player at least. The bitterness really shines through here.
