I think even though Chet PROBABLY has the highest upside, he also could be a bust as well - depends on him filling out his frame and able to handle the physicality of the NBA

OKC or Houston seem to be better destination. Hopefully he doesn't fall to Sacramento.

Okay, so Orlando ain't going to draft Paolo now that I saw this.

Not saying Paolo should go #1 to Orlando, but this shouldn't stop anyone from taking him #1. The aiding and abetting charge is because Sav was driving Paolo's jeep with Paolo in the passenger seat and Sav blew an 0.08.

I wouldnt say that is some massive red flag on Paolo's character.

He's got a pretty narrow frame, so there are limits to how much he can bulk up. That being said, I see more skill from him than I did young Porzingis, and it's not as if young Porzingis was some unskilled stiff.

It all comes down to him being able to stay healthier than KP. People totally forgot KP was a legit all-star (as in not some replacement guy) before his injury. If he stays healthy, Chet to me is at least a franchise building block and possibly a franchise player.

Tough one for me because I love Chet's game and feel like if his body can cope in the NBA he has the highest ceiling but I don't think his body will cope though. I think I'd go Jabari. Surest bet out of the three top guys and the youngest.

Chet so small that itā€™s hard to imagine him being good at his current size!

Damn it you guys, we know teams look at these boards. We could have steered the Magic into a ridiculous pick.

I think I read somewhere that Chet is essentially a full year older than the other top prospects (besides Ivey)... That could be the thing that puts Smith over Chet...

Assuming a core of Anthony, Suggs, Wagner and WCJ they get the guy who does the most basketball things. That's Banchero. Ideally for them, OKC or Houston loves Smith, they move back and still get their man.

Heā€™ll get his numbers, but I donā€™t know if heā€™ll really improve a team.

Everyone in the top 6 (Holmgren, Smith, Banchero, Ivey, Murray, and Sharpe) all have a chance to be the best player in the draft because all of these players ALL have major flaws they will need to overcome and they all have obvious bust potential.

If I'm the Magic I take Smith for sure. Chet could be generational, but there are soooooo many red flags there. I'm praying the Kings take Sharpe because he looks unreal and insanely NBA ready.

I didn't realize they'd be loaded around the 4 and 5.

I don't follow college ball so haven't watched the prospects play and don't know too much about them

with that said, this draft seems to me exteremly weak, at least as far as the top
i'm sure there will be hidden gems and stars later in the draft, same as every year but out of this crop of players that's being talked about for top 3-4..that's a very weak year to me

Chet has never been anything other than skinny who knows how he will react and guys that size and build...i mean the precedent is so bad you'd be a moron selecting him first. too many unknowns, red flags and complete bust potential (health wise, not baskbetball wise)

Banchero looks liks a solid starter, but nothing about him screams "all star" potential to me
Jabari Smith should be the clear cut #1 out of those 3, but I don't see greatness there either
all star, yeah why not :P at

Orlando doesn't know how to pick well and doesn't develop well..in a weak top like that - they should be listening to all offers and sell to the highest bidder, i'm assuming they can get more than Jabari in such a trade. if not, just take Jabari

knowing the Magic and reading about the Suggs connection i'm afraid they will probably go with Chet. gl..

They should pick Smith. A core of Smith / Wagner / Suggs / Anthony is nice.

Look at the current final four teams still playing. I think the best big man left is Adebayo who is playing poorly and was picked 14th in the draft.
