I think Wallace was better when they started their careers but I'd take Sacramento Webber over most if not all Pistons Wallace.

Webber without a second thought for me. Absolute force in Sac. He was so damn skilled.

Webber would have a ring if the refs didn't screw him in 2002 though

The answer here is Webber

I'd say the one who played defense, but that ends up being the same answer xD

It's still crazy to me that in the late 90's the Wizards had Chris Webber, Rasheed Wallace, Ben Wallace and Juwan Howard on their roster.

23.8/10.8/4.6 with 1.5 blocks and 1.6 steals from 1998-2004

Webber was a force. His career averages (21/10/4) are better then Rasheed's best year.

Webber was on a different level than Rasheed who was a career underachiever. Rasheed could hold his own against anyone but just didn't show his skills consistently enough.

Webber was always hurt.

Wallace might not have had the same peak as Webber but he was smart, tough and skilled.

C-Webb by a healthy margin.

That is a TOUGH one. But with everything taken into consideration, I’ve gotta go with Rasheed by the thinnest of margins.

Webber put up bigger scoring and rebounding numbers, and was a better passer.

They're both mega talents who went in totally opposite directions with that talent. Webber did too much, jacked a bunch of bad shots. Wallace sometimes didn't do enough, avoided shooting a bit.

But Sheed was a more effective basketball player.
- Very strong defender while Webber topped out of average.
- Better shot selection? This is debatable since Sheed is the rare bad shot selection who wasn't aggressive enough.
- Better shooter. They both loved to shoot the long 2, but Sheed was better at it.
- More durable. Webber stopped helping basketball team the second he turned 30 (due to injuries). Sheed made an all-star team at age 33, and unretired at age 38 to **** around on the Knicks.

Rasheed was as talented as anyone during that era, it was just a matter of if he felt like being engaged in the game.

Webber is one of the best power forwards of all time, and what hurts his case is that he doesn't have a ring which might be due to some very bad officiating in the '02 WCF.

If you're looking at it from an "All Time" perspective, the answer is easily Webber.

Pretty much what jamaalstar said. I've mostly been a Webber defender but it's amazing how impactful Sheed was over his career. More so than I ever gave him credit for at the time.

Sheed is my answer.

Let's say the league adds 2 more teams right now. You are made GM of 1 of these teams with not a single player on your roster. The league lets you pick between Webber and Rasheed as your #1 option, and every player made available to you after this choice is lower in quality than these two. Who you got?

if you are one who favors raw stats and accolades then surely you will prefer Webber
