I think Luka and Booker would make a superb duo TBH. Wish there was some way to get them on the same team.

Fair enough. I didn't say they'd be the best duo btw... just feel they would make an excellent duo as they'd complement each other in attack and their personalities would gel. It's also a duo that seems somewhat realistic... and one that people won't be able to dismiss for being too overpowering (like the Shaq-Kobe duo).

Yes in theory. The Mavs already paired Luka with a star in Porzingis and it failed. The Unicorn failed with Luka.

2. Giannis
3. Embiid
4. Tatum/Booker/KD/whoever

Realistic options
1. Lavine
2. Ayton
3. Jrue
4. Ben Simmons

You should be looking for a 2-way player/plus defender if you are playing fantasy matchmaker with Luka, somebody that can help cover for his defensive issues. Pairing him with another poor defender es no bueno.

Another dude who needs the ball all the time might also be problematic.

Luka with Giannis would break the wheel. The universe wouldn't be able to handle such power.

Just the fact that Booker was clowning Luka and then Luka makes him eat pie in the worst way imaginable will never get old. That's a lesson in humility.

The Blazers got swept in the 2019 WCF by the Warriors but plenty of people are still raving about Dame waving goodbye to Westbrook in the first round. Why would Luka need to reach the final for this to age well? The Mavs losing to the Warriors doesn't change they beat a heavily favored Suns team. The Suns being happy they lost in the second round instead of the WCF is also such a loser mentality imo. I swear these kind of people would rather miss the play-offs than lose in the finals or conference finals.

It's going to age hilariously well once the guy Phoenix drafted over Luka decides to sign elsewhere instead of playing with that frontrunning chucker and Napoleon Flop-a-Mite.
