I don't think Boston can beat GS....we'll see just haven't been impressed with them in this series. Heat almost had to try to lose that last game they were so bad. Hope I'm wrong though because I hate to see the Warriors celebrate those frontrunners are annoying lol.

Well that's about the time we'll get our first point of the game with Spo sticking with the same injured starting lineup.

I read the Ringer article about Grant facing Bam since grade school.

No fkn wonder Bambi has vanished against him.

How in any circumstances could they justify Dipo out of the rotation.

-pulling over from last thread-

Like I said, they can play Dipo or Herro, doesn't matter to me. There's no guarantee Herro even suits up, so could be a moot point.

Herro has had a rough series and playoffs but I just like his potential to go nuclear on offense, we all know the Heat haven't been able to put the ball in the basket the past 2 games.

It's not like Dipo is turning any heads with his shooting spilts in this series of 29.5%/33%/72% lol especially when he has 1.8 APG to go with his 1.8 TOPG.

To a further point what justification is there to start an undrafted PG over a guy they just gave $90 million over 3 years to? Or what justification is there to start a guy who has played a grand total of 18 games this season? Even what justification is there to slide the young franchise cornerstone to a different position mid series?

The answer to those 3 questions, much like your initial question is the Heat have to change up their rotation and cut it down. They need something different, outside of 2 great quarters, they've been thoroughly spanked in this series.

So today we'll probably know who gets the honor of losing to the Warriors in the Finals :)

Boston has had a combo of a few unfortunate injuries mixed with Brown and sometimes Tatum getting frustrated with the ball slapping when they dribble into traffic. Those are drives they score on most teams. Don't get me wrong I have no issues with them not calling it I just wish they would make the adjustment faster to not try to force dribbles through the lane.

Having said that, I think the time off between rounds and extra days between games helps Boston a lot and the Warriors don't play the same style of defense that gives us trouble so I feel good about beating the Warriors. I always thought it was the best matchup Boston could have hoped for. It's still going to be a tough series that either team can win obviously.

This is what they are playing against....this Heat team isn't even playoff worthy right now in this state tbh.

Ainge actually built the Celtics to compete with the Warriors and they have played them very well over the past couple of years. Would be a good match up but there is still a series going on here first.

I hope so. I'm not a big Celtics fan or anything, but out of the three left I want to see them win it all.

And Tatum, Smart, and Robert Williams all wouldn’t be playing either if it were regular season. See how easy this is?

I know Boston has injuries as well, the post I responded to mentioned them without mentioning the Heats which are extreme so  right back at ya....
