^ Yep
Didn't take long for the NY media to completely destroy that man.

He has his buddy Kyrie, Ben Simmons, Nic Claxton and cool digs. So why can't he just suit up and play?

Lol. "Mr. Unreliable" from the 2014 Oklahoman all over again. Most Golden State fans don't even like the guy. I know many if not most OKC fans feel the same.
What an interesting career. Brought it on yourself KD. Essentially took the Lebron approach, but the only place he won was after joining up with the current MVP (who took him out in the WCF's); a player who lead his team to the title both before and after he joined. Rough.
I was a KD fan when he was on OKC, but man has he fallen from grace. Great player, but a mental midget as far as the grand scheme of things are concerned. Who could have seen him and Kyrie not working out : /

NY media has been abnormally gracious to the Nets. This is a long time coming

Dang, the Warriors winning the championship broke KD. He won’t admit it openly, but he needs to desperately win. Now the cat is out of the bag, it’s championship or bust to salvage himself. The biggest nightmare for him is if the Warriors win again next year, that would destroy him even more.

It was odd for him to go to New York to begin with. That isn't a typical NBA player destination.

KD is going to spend the rest of his life replying to comments at this point. The world is never going to let him live any of this stuff he has done in his career down.

Imagine if he played for the Knicks. Steven A would be doubling his own salary with his takes.

I don’t think Warriors fans hate him. Many appreciate what he did for the team. I don’t hate him myself, but he wasn’t exactly loyal to the team, so I consider him just an individual player trying to do his own thing. But there isn’t the same appreciation for the guys that wanted to retire as Warriors, like Mitch Ritchmond but didn’t get the chance.
