4-years/$135M left on his deal. How long before Mitchell says the hell with this and demands a trade? Retooling takes years. Not sure he wants to stick around for that.

I think they should fully commit to rebuild and even tank for Wembanyama. Their last 2 trades set them up for the next 10 years.

Who cares if he wants out, Utah would be better off selling high on him too, specially if they’re able to completely rob another team too just like the wolves.

Jazz may be listening to offers on Mitchell. If something big comes in, they might consider.

Pelicans set a precedent. Trade one guy and get a haul. Bide your time. Trade another guy, get another haul.

Knowing how Ainge works, Mitchell isn't going to play another game for the Jazz.

I think so too. Makes zero sense for them to hold onto Mitchell now, unless they are just getting absolute lowball offers.

Ayton and Mitchell would be a great young duo to build around. And Ainge can accomplish with some extra Wolves’s 1sts to spare.

I think Ainge is just shopping around for assets. Picking up Ayton with the BYC rule might be an attractive purchase.

Might just be posturing to maintain leverage and they're still intending to trade Mitchell this off season.

If Ainge's leverage hits a high point--like Paul George being the hold-up for Kawhi signing in free agency--then Ainge may pull the trigger. However, he may also give his new coach a chance to see what Mitchell looks like with a different team around him.

See if the Jazz trade Bojan and stuff for John Collins.

I think Mitchell will request a trade and go to either NY or Miami.

Why didn't Danny ever trade Tatum or Brown then?

I will standby what I have said for months....Mitchell wants out and eventually will be traded.
