If you could sit down and chat with an NBA player, past or present
Who would you sit down with and what would you ask/talk about?

Brian Scalabrine.
Is his hair naturally that red?
How does it feel having the best nickname in basketball history?
Also what was going through your mind in this photo seen below?

Ben Wallace. Started watching the NBA during the 03-04 finals and fell in love with the Pistons while my brother fell for the lakers.
Dude had the heart of a giant and overcame so many obstacles. I would just want to ask him how he is doing currently, life after the NBA and obviously would like to hear some stories about his NBA days. Doesn't matter whether his stories are known or unknown but I would just appreciate his view on them, how he experienced it and would most certianly enjoy the nuances in his choice of words.
Runner up is probably Steph or Shaq. Would ask them pretty much the same while with Steph I'd replace the his life after the NBA with his plans for his post career.

Pat Riley. He played on those great early '70s Lakers team with Wilt, West, and Baylor. Played with Kermit Washington and Connie Hawkins. Played under Bill Sharman while Pete Newell was with the Lakers. Obvious close connections with Jerry Buss, Chick Hearn, etc. Badass coach and exec who knows everyone past and present and probably has a million fascinating behind-the-scenes stories to tell between the Showtime Lakers and the crazy Knicks and Heat teams he coached, not to mention everything he's witnessed in his role as team president.

Kevin McHale - I'd ask him for as many Larry Bird stories that he could remember

What would you ask him? "Can you not say anything and just let me watch you play basketball?"Ryoga Hibiki wrote:Kyrie Irving today, I would be very curious

I would like to talk about general topics to figure out if he's legally insane or what.
Can I pull out another "flat earth" quote?

What a unique life he has lived. From partying, depression, visiting North Korea. Lots of topics.

Might be fun to talk about video games with Duncan since we seemed to enjoy some of the same guys back in the early 00's.
