While Rose would certainly draw interest from a lot of the league (being fine in a bench role makes him useful to good teams), I'd have a hard time seeing him with more trade value than RJ Barrett or even Quickley.

Rj isn't a trade piece. Knicks value him. He isn't on the block

I do agree that Quickley is more valuable than rose tho

To a contender yes

Not totally wrong because even a current Derrick Rose is a very useful and helpful role player for any team.

For example, him off the bench on the Lakers in a Rajon Rondo role would be incredibly useful. Rose on the Bucks off the bench? Same thing. Heck, him starting for the Heat or Clippers would be a nice get (even though Clippers have Reggie Jackson already).

Always thought he would be great for the Mavs.

Rose is a useful role player (backup PG) depending on context. Tanking teams would have no interest. Teams set at guard (Memphis, GSW, etc.) would have no interest, and a lot of other teams will pass because of higher priorities to fix. But Rose, if healthy, will be in demand at the TDL.

Umm the Cavs most certainly would NOT trade for him. When he was on our squad he not only stunk up the joint he milked/lied about an injury So could spend more time with the Cavs cheerleader he was sleeping with.

Yeah, 29 teams would trade for Rose in his prime but now? Nope
