Like the title says, who do you think would be the ideal 2nd option for a team with Luka on it.

I like Paul George's fit the most with Luka. A wing that can do it all both on offense and defense AND would be okay playing 2nd fiddle.

Yeah Paul George easily would be the best.

Luka and Evan Mobley. Luka is very ball dominant and likes to spam pick and rolls to exploit matchup advantages and isolations.

A non-ball dominant defensive big man who can cover for Luka on the defensive end and be the recipient to his pick and roll passes etc would be the most ideal. They are also both roughly the same age (23 and 21) and can co-exist similar to Lebron + AD imo.

As far as the most realistic based on their assets? Probably Zach Lavine. If the Lakers keep faltering maybe AD?

An elite shooter who can also defend. Younger Klay Thompson.

Haliburton. Let Hali hunt easy basket then Luka bail them out as go to guy option.

Hali = Cp3 role
Luka = Booker

By doing this they can overload defensive guys on 3-4-5 positions

Jrue Holiday. Doesn't need the ball in his hands to make an impact on offense and a versatile defender.

Too bad these European superstars are too loyal to a point (Jokic resigning long-term in Denver, who'll never be legit contenders with that lineup). Jokic-Luka would have been amazing...
