I was really looking forward to seeing Lakers in the playoffs but it seems he went all out for nothing. Cant say i didn't see it coming

If AD was healthy the Lakers had no chance at making the playoffs so does it even matter?

I knew this was going to happen. Based on his injury history, it was just a matter of when AD was going to be out for long periods of time with injury, not if. It actually happened sooner than what I was expecting.

They would have made the play-in, so possibly the playoffs too.

If they make the trade for Myles and Buddy, they could still make the playoffs.

The Lakers need to have a serious conversation about whether or not they plan to contend within the next five years or if they should look towards investing through the draft. Someone will give you quality picks for Davis, but they also have to consult with LeBron on how he would like to wrap up his playing career. He can still play with Bronny, it just won't be on a competitive team.

Those guys aren't going to move the needle for the Lakers, particularly because you will still need a healthy AD. Without a healthy AD the Lakers are irrelevant even with that trade.

LeBron would have had better chances of winning a championship if he went to Clippers for his Hollywood ending.
EDIT: That's funny, I completely forgot the Lakers won a championship with LeBron

I have also broken nearly every bone in my body in a variety of unusual ways but unfortunately no one pays me millions of dollars to do so. Life is not fair, man.
