Dellevadova is a name I haven't seen in a while. Jose Alvarado really stole his and Tim McConnell niche

Very weird. It was a tough game last night but they're under .500 and need wins. I get that they want to load manage and not be worn out for the postseason but right now they aren't even in the postseason.

Last season the Grizzlies had a 11 game winning streak in January that ended on a Friday night game on ESPN.

This season the Grizzlies have an 11 game winning streak in Janaury going into a Friday night game on ESPN.

This load management nonsense is out of hand. People pay hundreds of dollars for tickets weeks prior to games and then on the said game they find out the stars of the teams are not playing because of load management. It’s embarrassing

I feel for those who are going to be attending. Sure, you want to see your team to win but not against GS bench players the entire game.

I'm very curious how the league is going to handle scheduling next year because you've had a couple times where a team has 2 road games back-to-back sand they've had to rest players for the 2nd game and if this is a team that's in a different conference it's usually the lone time some fans are able to see their star players. So either local fans(and media) complain vocally or with their wallets or fans are going to have to start being even more selective when they buy their tickets. The only reason the national media isn't as mad as they used to be is because the league made sure that players aren't always missing the marquee national tv matchups.

If I was a fan - I would demand a refund. I hope an attorney sues the league with a class action on behalf of fans and takes every penny. This is ridiculous

We started resting vets on b2bs right as the season started, that's what's more baffling than this rest game. It'd be one thing if we had developed a cushion, but we have no cushion, we're currently the 9th seed. I don't think there is any actual good science that resting players early in the season yields actual results. I get it as the playoffs get closer, but we have been resting vets on b2bs all year. It may have a really rough outcome by season's end, if we had won 3 more games we'd be 25-20 fighting for the 4th seed.

Klay has to sit for legit medical reasons on back to backs, but Steph/Dray/Wiggins are absolutely playable. Rest is ideal, but we're really in no position to rest guys at this point. And then word is we're mostly going to be quiet at the trade deadline, despite being a team under 500.

I also feel bad for the Cleveland fans that paid to see some stars.

FWIW, Sabonis and Dellavedova participated in shootaround this morning. I'd guess they're good to go tonight.

When's the last time you were excited to see OKC play Sacramento? I'm really looking forward to this game, great match up.

I heard Duke4life received a partial refund from Amazon for his league pass subscription since Zion only plays 10% of the games.
