Since it's most 'memorable' rather than simply 'best' it's hard to go past Kobe's final game. It wouldn't rank terribly highly on any 'best games' list since 81 but it's hard to displace as the most memorable.

An epic duel between two contenders, multiple allstars, playoff atmosphere, and Steph draining increasingly ridiculous threes all night. The game ending in a Steph Curry three pointer from the logo in a tie game with virtually no time left felt like the perfect encapsulation of both that magical Warriors 73 win season and Steph's otherworldly unanimous MVP campaign. I feel like I'll never forget that game.

I read the thread title and was gonna post this. Probably the best game I've watched and I still watch the highlights for it.

The 73 win Warriors was just fun season cause they were playing for something and you had to tune in every night.

How about Kobes game against the Knicks when he set the record for points. There was some crazy footwork and passes in that one. Then LeBron tried to get a 50 point triple double the following few days after also very memorable

Blake Griffins game against the Knicks where he dunked on Mozgov. Arguably 4 top 50 all time dunks in one game.

It's only fitting for this topic that exactly 9 years ago, Melo (the real one) scored 62 points on the Charlotte Bobcats, basically all on jumpshots and over MKG who was a "good" defender. Dude was unconscious and a performance i'll never forget (obviously a bit of bias here).

I would agree... several moments stick out from Kobe's last game. Obviously the game itself wasn't super meaningful, but I remember more of that than just about any other game... a few shots/dunks stick out from other regular season games but lots of moments from Kobe's last game are memorable for me.

For me it is the Warriors Thunder game mentioned in the OP.

But I’d like to give mention to Thunder vs Nuggets in one of the last games of the 2017 season in which Westbrook broke Oscar Robertson’s triple double record, had 50 points 16 rebounds 10 assists, plus had the game winner after coming from behind most of the game.

I would've said Kobe scoring 62 in 3 quarters over the Mavs 61, but that was BEFORE the 81 pt game

Kobe's 60 was by far the most memorable to me. Klay's seven dribble game was also pretty iconic.

Cavs vs Warriors Christmas game 2016 right after Durant joined the Warriors. It's probably become more forgettable now because of the subsequent NBA finals matchup results though.

That one regular season game in Orlando when they played against Thunder. It was one of the first games of the regular season also (October) and it ended in 2nd OT. Russ and KD last season playing together, both hitting clutch shots, Oladipo hits like three clutch shots unbelievable game. Still remember like it was yesterday.

Edit:

Did find the the highlights from that game.
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.
