I mean they have the best record in the league and are 0-3 vs The Young and mediocre Magic team. I’m not sure what this means but maybe Celtics, Magic fans and people who watched these games can chime in and give some feedback as to how the hell the Magic have been able to dominate the Celtics?

In the first 2 losses the C's shot the ball poorly (well well below their average). The last game, too many turnovers and just allowing too many easy baskets in the paint. I don't think it's anything specfic the Magic do - it's just the C's happened to have some major issues with the same team being a coincidence.

Also for whatever reason, Cole Anthony plays like an All Star each time he plays the C's. They cannot stop his penetration.

Celtics didn't take Orlando seriously whenever they played.

Celtics did beat the Magic this season. They are 1-3 not 0-3.

Tatum didn't play in 1 of the losses and the Celts were very shorthanded in the game last night.

The Magic play really well against us and really bring it. The first win gave them the confidence that they can beat us and we haven't matched their intensity. Their size gives us a little trouble. And they've shot better than they usually do while the Celtics have shot worse. Nice young team in Orlando.

I don't think there was anything, I just think that there are some teams that are harder to beat than others in a season. For example, we can't win against Piston for NOTHING.

I will say this though, the 3rd game played that we won against the Celtics was because of Eddie House, the game yesterday was because of JI came back and Eddie House was in the crowd.

why did the 67 win mavs team go 1-3 vs. the warriors in the regular season and then lose in the 1st round to them? sometimes it's just a match up thing and nothing more.

just a regular season aberration. we see them all the time. celtics would crush them in the post season.

A lot of it is mental. The Celtics are legit shook everytime they play the Magic. You can tell they just don't want it with O-Town.

Same reason they can’t beat Chicago, they just play down sometimes.

Either way, Orlando is tall, fast and young. Much to be excited about. But this recent version of the Celtics has a habit of doing this.

Exactly, it means nothing. Boston would likely sweep either team in a playoff series.

The Magic are crazy long

I think the Magic are a legitimately difficult matchup for some teams. They're so large and weird that some of your teams preferred lineups don't work and end up fouling or giving up offensive rebounds.

Now the Magic are bad at a lot of things (shooting and passing mainly) so they're not yet a consistently good team. But some teams normal game plans just don't account for the weirdness of their giant lineups. There not a team you love to see when it's supposed to be a soft spot in your schedule.

Okay if you guys want to be possibly traded to Contender like the Nets, Bucks, or 76ers show it against the Celtics??
