No he's not, he is shorter than Jokic and Jokic is 6"11 in shoes and that's the fact Sabonis height is overblown.

His father was 7 foot 3 behemoth. There is noway he is 7’1.he looks 6’10 or 11 at most.

Giannis was 6'8 when drafted at 18. He's now listed at 7'0 (although more likely he's 6'11)

I think he was standing in line with Giannis and Jokic at the All Star Game team photo and Giannis easily looked 1 inch and Jokic probably 2 inches taller than him. I guess Domantas is 6'9-6'9,5 without shoes. That would be ok, if he didn't have such low shoulders.

Unless we are measuring the top of the pomp there Turner looks a good 2 inches taller in that picture. But pictures like that are difficult to use properly for something like this with angles, people standing differently, etc.

Yea, Turner looks a little taller here (and he was 6'9.75 in socks). You could quibble over a few CMs or whatever ,but it's very clear that Sabonis isn't taller, and definitely not 3-4 inches taller.

I've said it before, but the 76ers nuked the entire rest of the NBAs lying about heights when they released real measurements of Ben Simmons at 6'9.5 and Embiid at 6'11.75. Guys can fluctuate a bit depending on the time of day and stuff.

But yea, all these claims of guys growing to 7' or more, you gotta hold up to the Embiid test And for some reason they all seem to get next to Joel and he looks like a giant next to them. Posers.
