I'm skeptical on this, HOWEVER, I do think if KD is moved before the deadline, it'll be pretty unreported before it happens. Don't think it would make it to the press before it happens like Kyrie did.

I respect the HELL out of Kevin Durant. His body of work, his improvement in his game and his body, the fact that he has for the most part always stayed true to himself… aside from the fact that I’m curious if Durant welcomes a trade to BOS, I’m really sitting thinking why BOS is giving up on Brown and possibly more important rotational pieces for Durant at his age.


I understand he’s locked in under contract, but again, with all the respect in the world to Kevin, is him being locked into the next 4 years a positive or negative.

Bro, as a lifelong Celtic fan, and long time KD supporter, this news is conflicting.

I wouldn't be opposed to a trade involving core pieces, but idk if Brown is someone I would really want seen traded. He's so much younger than KD, and is a homegrown "I can't believe Ainge drafted this scrub!" prospect. He's putting up great numbers, is a bonafide All-Star player, and has a knack for elevating his play when it matters. I would hate to see him leave.

I would much rather the Celtics look into combining two of Smart/White/Timelord/Grant Williams and seeing if they can finally get a certified playmaker, or 4/5 stretch rim protector.

KD is so good though, and Celtics are the clear favorites, as that would also solve our size problem, and give us that 4/5 hybrid.
