The clippers probably will and then when it fails they'll blame/dump or just not resign him like they did the John Wall, Rondo & Reggie Jackson aka the previous point guard experiments.

He's a very good passer. Top 20 in the league IMO if not higher. Great pace setter and decent at collapsing the defense on drives and generating looks for shooters.

If he wants to win a title, Clippers make a ton of sense. He might even be a difference maker in that aspect. But he has to forfeit some money to make it happen and remain a bench player.
If he wants mins and the opportunity to get mins to show value in terms of a next contract without having a shot at the title, Bulls, Heat and Wizards make sense.
