I went ahead and stickied this new thread. I would have liked to merge them but the system will automatically put the first post first, so the old OP would have become the OP of the new thread. I thought this new OP was more complete and informative as far as including all the events and the schedule etc. Nothing personal at all though and I appreciate the time you spent on it.

It might be fun to think about how the draft should go for the all-star teams, but there are so many walking wounded that what's the point?
I will say that Embiid ailing makes it an even better idea to take Jokic very early.
The other fairly healthy MVP contenders are Tatum and Doncic.

For the first time, the NBA All-Star Draft will take place right before the game. The two team captains, LeBron and Giannis, will draft the team rosters from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves in each conference. The Draft will start at 7:30 p.m. ET (TNT/TBS) on Sunday, Feb. 19.

I thoubt the draft was an awesome Thursday/Friday spot filler where you just needed LBJ, KD or Giannis to do a 45 webcast to get some easy viewing and hype for the AS game. Was the NBA really that concerned Harden got picked last year? It was great TV?
