The most overpaid player on the Rockets is easily John Wall.

Putting Siakam on here is completely laughable
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

Certainly Westbrook has to be on here somewhere, either for Utah or for the Lakers. Someone had to pay that ridiculous $47 mil he was due (probably Utah).

Even if you don't count Westbrook Rudy Gay is BY FAR our most overpaid player. At least THT gives us something, sometimes. Gay gives us nothing, all the time. (Honorable Mention to Colin "Pulled Hamstring" Sexton right now, but at least he gives us something in the few times he does play).

why? Siakam is definitely overpaid. He is making more money than the top 3 players of his draft class (Brandon Ingram, Jaylen Brown and Domantas Sabonis).

Completely forgot about him being out coming back then being out for the season again just like that...

True, but Westbrook had only about $13M remaining of his $47M contract for this year. According to reports, the Jazz bought him out for that and he signed a pro-rated minimum with the Clips, about $780k.

Yeah, Klay's $40M should be there instead.

Tyus Jones is not overpaid at 15 mill a year. Best backup pg in the league and showing he’d be a solid starter as well. Dude has helped us win a lot of games.

 all-nba 2 of the last 3 years, and is 26th highest paid.

How is that overpaid?

Then that $13 million the Jazz paid him made him BY FAR the most overpaid guy on the Jazz, even if bought out. And so by these figures the Lakers must have paid him around $34 million then. How is that not the Lakers' most overpaid? Because they traded him? Still WAY overpaid.

because talent wise he is not as good as Brandon Ingram or Jaylen Brown or Domantas Sabonis. In any redraft of 2016 these guys (in any order) will be picked before Siakam.

While none of those others have not sniffed any all-nba.

And what does that have to do with the question at hand? Then being underpaid doesn’t mean Siakam is overpaid.

But those 4 guys are all in the same tier and have different strengths and weaknesses. Siakam has had to most impressive career to date and youth is the only thing going for the other 3.

But he is not on Jazz team anymore so he would not count as most overpaid current player of Jazz.
