30/14/9 on 61 TS% against good defenders most of the time. I don't wanna compare him to any other big but I'll just say ... he's comfortably got the spot as best player in the world, w. being the best center being just a small part of that.

Jimmy Butler also once again forcing people to put respect on his name, once again proving he's a top 7 player, being one of the few ball players besides prime LeBron with essentially no meaningful weaknesses.

Yup Butler's only weakness or lesser ability was 3-pointers but he shot .481 threes in his 20 games after all-star break.

Anyone who has been paying attention the last 5 years knows jokic always shows up in the playoffs.

Right now Jokic, Butler, and Booker are in their own class.

Not sure what you're talking about, Jokic was awesome against the Warriors in the playoffs last year. Despite losing in 5 games it was still a pretty close and competitive series and it was basically Jokic and a bunch of fringe NBA rotation guys against the eventual champs.

Which folks look dumb? Embiid fans who wanted him to win MVP over Jokic? I don't think anyone doubted Jokic.

Curry went after AD in pick and roll and the Warriors had by far their best looks in the series out of that action. Is AD a bad defender cause he gets cooked in Steph pick and rolls too?

61% TS is pretty low for Jokic. But I think he gets dinged at least 3 TS percentage points from all the tipping he does.

It's crazy because he averaged 25 ppl on 70 TS% this year lmaoo. Like 61 TS% is still very good, and I think he'll pick it up — and it's been against very good defenders.

When the guy wants to score, he's pretty much as automatic a bucket-getter as you can find. If you absolutely need a bucket, I don't think you'd want anyone but Jokic. Crazy to think because he's also one of the best passers we've ever seen.

Nuggets rank 7th among the 16 playoff teams on defense, even with Booker going off on a historic shooting streak. They've been better than Philly, Boston and the Bucks on defense so far.
