This isn't remotely surprising to me. Kyrie has always been an abysmal teammate. KD is ok at best but he isn't a leader and he enabled Kyrie hard.

The problem with Harden has rarely ever been him being a bad teammate but him being a poor playoff performer.

Harden isn't a bad teammate but he is terrible leader. All those stories of him being late to every. Single. Team meeting/practice.

Thats also a big problem. The entire Nets trio were all awful leaders. And then on the Sixers Embiid and Harden were poor leaders and poor playoff performers.
