I'll take "Stories we hear ad nauseam every offseason" for 600, Alex.

We get it, Dame.

Smart.

They can always move Dame in February if the team is terrible.

Respet to Dame for sticking with the team he loves, but....

Can NBA just give Blazers an honorary championship ring for the sake of sanity of all fans who had to endure this for years now?

I still think he's going to end up in Miami.

Commitment should get them out of the west.

Then trade Sharpe, Simons, and Scoot and get the man some **** help.
What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

You never know. Young guys can get better.

Portland is in no rush to trade Dame. Unless he gets hurt (knock on wood), his value today is going to be the same as it would be by the trading deadline.

I am really curious how this effects the Heat. If there is no avenue to getting Dame, I imagine they'd try to get off Lowry's expiring to make room to resign Vincent and Strus and make other moves. It will be harder to dump salary the longer they wait. Utah already took on Collins into capspace.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Dame, Jerami Grant and Draymond Green is a big 3 these days? Can they even afford it? Even if they do i dont think it makes them top 6 likely just a play in game again

lost out on Beal and Dame, do they switch focus on go for Lavine? Try to pair Lowry+pick+a young player for Lavine? Gives MIA scoring, gives Chicago a chance at rebuilding while also pairing/shedding Lowry/DDR once again and they would both expire
