Kyrie was selected in the Top 75 team. But then NBA removed him from that team probably because of his stance against mandatory Covid-19 vaccine.
Was NBA right or wrong in removing Kyrie from the Top 75 team?

You can argue whether or not he deserves top 75, but taking him off for not getting the jab is idiotic.

If that's the reason, then it's wrong. Kyrie is an obnoxious self proclaimed "intellectual", but that's got nothing to do with his play on the court.

Players' merits should stand on their own. Ty Cobb is in the baseball HOF and he is unquestionably one of the worst humans of all time.
Not being able to separate playing career vs. personal things is an extremely dangerous slope reminiscent of 1984...

Perhaps a peer reviewed study is required?

If that’s why then they’re wrong. But I don’t think he has a case for top 75 based on on-court impact if Howard and Tmac don’t get in.

Who cares, he shouldn't have been on the list anyways.

Selecting him for the Top 75 was dumb, but removing him for his vaccine stance is much dumber.

Not saying this is false but does OP have a link to a credible report? That video isn't anything.

The source and the conspicuous absence of specifics in the clip give me reason to question the legitimacy of this claim.
Any corroborating evidence?

Kyrie is one of my favorite players, but at the end of the day does it really matter. I mean what is the top 75 team other than some publicity for the league. I don't think it's right, but if they just want to celebrate players and not have Kyrie be a distraction in this moment then so be it.
When they talked about players being snubbed, I don't remember much or any talk about Kyrie

I'm locking this thread because it's impossible to talk about this without talking about covid and politics.
This is also a theory that OP is presenting as fact. Kyrie was not named to the Top 75 team, however there is a theory that he was going to be.
