Is Shep Owens overrated?

Feels like he gets alot of media attention for not really being that good...
Maybe he has goat potential but I dont see it...

Okay, so I think I figured out this thread's premise. Shep Owens is apparently a 2K character (never heard of him up until this point either), and I am guessing that OP is trying to use this in a humorous way with the premise that "X,Y is overrated" threads are kind of useless and we should stop them?

reminds me of malcolm brogdon. Started off basically in his prime and never really got that much better.
