How Luka Doncic scored and created 92 points (!) in a game

Sorry for creating too many Luka threads. Forgive me guys!

Does anyone else even control the ball on his team though? It almost seems like a given that he is going to be creating most of their points based off of how much he has the ball in his hands

When Kyrie is in he controls the ball some. Dante Exum also controls the ball for potions of the game.

Well yeah but there is also an argument HOW he created those points. It's not just black and white, there is the middle area aswell. If you watched the video you would understand why it was so impressive. Or if you just watched the game. Because just saying "he controls the ball all the time" is such a lazy argument given the fact that the next best playmaker on the team was Exum due to Kyrie injury.

Archx. are u giving moral support to piastons now? Maybe should do that, watched them yesterday and I felt so damn sorry for Cade. Could really feel him giving everything he got and just not getting any help.

Luka is so good that Jalen Brunson had a tiny role compared to his talent and nobody complained. Brunson is 4th in the NBA when it comes to ballhandling time behind Luka, Young, and Morant this season. Think about it, Brunson needed the ball to be what he is today, but Luka was just so good. I think both are in a better positon now though.

People complain about high usage, but it seems like they don't understand how that works. By the way, Embiid leads this season, Luka is second and Giannis is third.

My roster in general lowers ovr as I believe there are still room for greatness, but no, Luka to me was that guy where I artificially boosted some stats to raise his ovr, it always ends up lower, but it's because he is PG, PG and SG lowers ovr most of the time. He is 90 ovr on my game, I believe the highest rated guys Joel and Joker at 94.

Still remember people calling this guy a bust, like that Dallas fan who almost cried when his team drafted Luka, the one who debated his terrible politics on Wizards board later on.

Trae Young has contributed to 50 points or more in 8 of the last 10 games. I was told his stats are empty though, so it doesnt matter.

They hand out too many 99s. Like what separates today’s 99s versus like prime peak MJ or Lebron…?

In fact MJ would have the only 100 and I think Lebron would have the only 99.


With that being said; I don’t think Embiid and Jokic should have the same rating. Jokic is still comfortably the best of layer in the world. Embiid needs to prove he is playoff worthy.
