Why would you have 3 games on and all Saturday night…at the same time. Tomorrow the games are staggered. Why wouldn’t you plan do the same thing today. Makes 0 sense

And Yesterday had like 10 teams playing back to backs or smth... I don't know, I get that scheduling is very hard, now they have to take into account stuff like NFL even, therefor most Thursdays had very little games from what I understand, I obviously never tried to put up full NBA schedule myself, so maybe this is the best it could be, but it really feels like its not, it is so suspect how it is put together, this season in particular. Really makes no sense sometimes.

I’d like to see 4 games in a row every Saturday and Sunday.

NBA bends to the will of other US based sports leagues. For AZcatz, it's a big NCAA basketball Saturday today, and NHL Hockey as well is on ABC for like 6 hours (currently airing).. Seems like NBA relented a chance here, allowing NCCA to having more airtime today in lieu of NBA Sunday [without the NFL], and NBA takes Tu/We/Thurs/Fri on alternating national networks in the US.

For UcanUWill, it's probably annoying for EU folk having three late games on Saturday, it's a missed opportunity to capture some world audience with an early match (like aimed for ~ 19/20 UTC).

I couldn't explain why NBA decides to put all 3 Sat games at the nearly same time, at least space it out like on Sunday ?

I mean, i get it is USA league, so I can't really complain. But I do find it weird how late some of those games are in general. I get that USA is big country with 3 different time zone I believe, but why All-Star game has to start 6:45 freaking west coast time! Thats just weird, I mean it is not that criminal for west coast, but for East coast is just dumb at this point. For starters, the fact they advertise game at 6:00, but it starts 6:45, because screw you, but man, over here in my place, if we had like big sporting event on weekend, Sunday especially, it starts around 17:00 PM, and its good. Isn't this crap for children anyway, why does it start 9 PM east time?

Oh, ok, totally forgot Hawaii to be honest, but it wouldn't be considered for my convo anyway.

4 time zones actually lol. In US

Eastern Standard Time zone (NY Knicks, Miami Heat, Philly Sixers, Charlotte Hornets, etc)

Central Standard Time zone (SA Spurs, OKC Thunder, Chicago Bulls, Dallas Mavs, etc)

Mountain Standard Time zone (Utah Jazz, Denver Nuggz, Phoenix Suns, etc)

Pacific Standard Time zone (LA Lakers, LA Clips, Sacramento Kings, Portland TBlazers, GSW, etc)

Hawaii is another time zone, i forget off the top of my head what its called out there .

I think NBA slows down on Saturdays/Sundays late February and March into early April due to college hoops. Heavy conference tournament games, seeding, March Madness playoffs, Final Four , championship game etc.
After early April. NBA Saturdays/Sundays picks up again from April til June. Final games , playoff seedings, playoff games, NBA Finals etc.

I kinda wish Randle and OG were playing tonight. C's have won the first 3 meetings vs NYK this year but it's always a fun and competitive game between them. I don't think we've played them since the OG trade and it's a potential playoff preview, so it would have been cool to see both teams at full strength tonight.

This is a classic "mail it in" vs the try hard injury replacements game.

You are the one who chose to "rock with Detroit". That's on you.

I just assumed that "rocking with Detroit" meant placing a bet on Detroit, in which case I'm just jealous I don't run a sportsbook.

Yeah and Celtics tend to play down in these games, most memorably the recent debacle with the Lakers with no Lebron or AD. Thibs will have NY playing hard so Celtics need to match that.

A Zinger 30 piece would be nice.
