Eh, just watched this like 20 times in slow mo and it looks like pretty marginal contact and just the type of thing that's going to happen when you challenge a vicious dunker going full speed. If you look at the angle of the play from the basket (last 6 seconds of OP's first video) you can see that hand is near Collins shoulder for most of the dunk and the contact between the two of them. It maybe, maybe grazes his face but it honestly looks to me like Ant attacks by sort of pressing himself against Collins' shoulder.

I agree the arm bar has gotten a little out of control but I don't think this play is the one to build the crusade around.
