I'm surprised so many people are still high on the Heat. They lost a lot of players that made those 2 runs possible. They don't look good to me at all. Philly should take this easily and Boston should dispose of Miami in 5.

Heat have proven me wrong for so many years in a row. I'm going to stop doubting them until they actually show that the regular season version is their real selves.

Because they lost Gabe and struss not KD and Curry. Herro who was out last year is healthy this year. I find it weird how so many act like Miami lost pieces that were superstar caliber. Rookie Jjj is producing almost exact production of struss for intsnxd and once again Herro is healthy this year who alone is better than Gabe. Then you have Rozier who is better than Stuss and Gabe and Jovic picking up play and also Duncan that can drive now. I feel like people can be such sheeple at times. The amount times I've heard nba fans imply heat have lost 60% of their roster is hilarious. The constants/ common denominators are Spo/playoff Jimmy not Gabe Vincent and Max struss lol

Philly obviously has a great shot to win, they have the reigning MVP in the lineup, a speed demon star in Maxey and homecourt but as good as Nurse is, Spo is still the best in the business and playoff Jimmy truly is a thing. Definitely closer than the polls indicate.

Tbh I've ever rarely seen the majority on GB pick Heat to win any series in the last decade. A lot even picked Hawks to upset Heat back in 2022 when it was a #1 vs #8 match up, back when ICE Trae still had immense hype lol.

Maybe this will finally be the year Heat flame out vs the 9th/10th play in winner.
