Now this is going to be a series.

MJ taking down Detroit Pistons -> Ant dethroning the Nuggets

Wolves in 6. Every game should be competitive here. Ant and Murray battling it out in the clutch. I'm ready.

This feels like a Western conference finals match-up come early. I think whoever wins this, comes out the west and goes to the finals.

Biggest Era defining series since the 2018 WCF.

Incredible matchup.

Timberwolves in 6.

I can't see the Timberwolves beating the Nuggets. I predict this will be an easy series for the Nuggets. In fact, I would be surprised if takes them more than 5 games to win this series.

I have Minnesota in 7 (and wouldn't be surprised if it was in 6).

I don't agree with Barkley. KCP and Watson will be guarding Anthony Edwards. If they have to put Gordon on him, that's not a good matchup for AG at all. The question will be if KAT can keep his wits about him and not go overboard with dumb offensive fouls/turnovers. DeAndre Jordan is going to have to play in this series since Malone doesn't trust Nnaji at all.

X-Factor: Will Finch get surgery? If he does, he will have to rehab from home. Those types of injuries typically need a lot of painkillers and icing for the first 15-30 days.

This will be the matchup that officially tests Tim Connelly's Gobert experiment. He got Gobert for and overpaid to keep Jaden McDaniels for this matchup alone. Murray's calf is iffy, and I'm sure he'll be getting around the clock treatment over the next 5 days. Something has to give.

Media is gonna all the over Minnesota on this one.

American Born (Anthony Edwards) vs America’s Most Hated (Nikola Jokic).

Games will be coming down to late game execution. Edwards did a great job in game 4, can he keep it up against a better cerebral team in Denver? We’ll see

Feels like it should be Nuggets in 7 due to homecourt with the way these teams are playing, but I still kinda feel like the Nuggets have one more gear that they haven't shifted into yet and I'm still not quite sure I trust the Wolves in the clutch when it really gets to nut cutting time in a potential elimination game. I've gotta go Nuggets in 6.

IDK. But. Im feelin the Wolves in this one. Maybe 6 games. Could be a toss up, tho.

Nuggets are banged up and has a thinner bench compared to Minny.

TWolves are big, athletic and deep on the bench. Rested. Great head coach as well.
Also, they are a lot more mentally mature these days. No longer dummies/soft like years past.

Then you add in the division mates factor (Northwest Division), familiarity. They play each other very often. Minn has played Denver well, over the years.

Whatever the case may be, should be a great series!

KCP is obviously the primary defender for ANT if he's healthy. No question. They'll need Gordon's size on Towns.

Took MJ more than two tries to do that. Likely true for Ant as well.

There is a reason for these odds why the Wolves are now TOP4 contenders for the title but also why the reigning champions Nuggets are still bold favorites to win this series! Denver has a home-court advantage and already reached the WC final 3 times in the last 4 seasons while Minnesota reached the WC final only once in franchise history.
