Glad they got rid of that hideous yellow and black color scheme. These new unis look pretty nice. Still don't understand why they (or any team) feel like they must include a black alternate. And the purple ones look way too similar. I get it's probably a result of Nike demanding 4 jerseys for each team, but you're telling me they couldn't come up with something just a little different??

Why do so many NBA teams suddenly feel the need to have Black alternates... It’s already getting played out. And the black ones look like the Sacramento Kings.

Anyways, the Purple & White ones are a huge upgrade from the stuff they’ve been wearing the past couple years that looked like the Pittsburgh Steelers. Those 90’s Utah jazz uniforms are the best ones in franchise history imo so to go back to them is a huge W. They should just stick with these for a long while though. Quit rebranding every 4-5 years.

Not gonna lie, If they didn’t announce this I would have had no idea they were new whenever I turned on their games this season and just thought it was some throwback or alternate they’ve used before.

Good that they’re sticking to an identity. Even before those ugly yellow jerseys it was tough to even figure out what their primary color was (blue? Green? Yellow?). These are a nice update of a classic Jazz jersey.

Also interesting to notice jersey trends move from modernizing 70s and 80s styles to now modernizing 90s styles. We’re moving away from minimalism. Wonder if more teams follow

Besides the black jersey, I like these a lot. NBA jerseys have gotten so boring, i'm happy to see some graphics and more color.

Bring back the fun jerseys. Raptors need to bring back the dinosaur.

Looking at DirtybirdGA's post, every team now has so many variations I can't tell which one are their 'main jerseys'. I guess its the Association and Icon editions for home/away/vice versa?

Overall they are fine, they seem like an amalgamation of previous jerseys but there's nothing wrong with that. I really like the striped gradation for the mountains in the Association and Icon editions. I think I'd like to see that more prominently featured, not so covered up by 'Utah'.

Solid C. I'd give it a B just for going back to their roots if we're grading on a curve. I actually do like the black but how could they not get some purple in there to give it some of their colors? The guy could be purple for example.

I’m confused. I’ve read that the jerseys are for next season (24-25). Does it make sense for a team to share new jerseys now that won’t be used until 25-26?

Same thing. There are a lot of teams in the NBA whose jerseys change so often no one can identify them anymore. Purple one looks just like what they wore during their finals years.

NBA jersey marketing is insane and goes against all the tenants of good branding. The way you build a long-time consumer base with identity for your brand is via consistency. Think of the Ford logo or apple logo which rarely changes. Due to a small number of deranged jersey collectors who feel the need to buy every jersey of their favorite player teams change jerseys every year. If you someone to picture Jordan in a bulls jersey almost all of us would have the same home/away jerseys. If you ask someone to picture Lebron in a cavs jersey there would be no consistency because the cavs basically wore different uniforms every game,.
