One of the most fun 2010s players to watch. Gonna miss Cardiac Kemba, that was a hell of a career.

Not surprising, he's done physically, it was painful to watch him getting garbage minutes with Monaco and struggling. He had a good career and seems like a great guy.

if only those knees could hold out a bit longer, he was in position to enter the ring chasing era of his career but it was unfortunately cut short.

Now it's time to wait for his podcast lol

I will always rue the day my Pistons decided this guy wasn't as good as Brandon Knight. Thanks for the memories, Kemba, I wish they were made in Detroit.

He did great for himself as an undersized 2 guard. He had the Hornets playing relevant basketball for a couple years and then helped the Celtics bounce back after a disastrous Kyrie experience.

Coaching or media (TV/radio/podcast) in the future?

He's one of the more likeable players in the NBA. I could see it.

I never had the privilege of him being on a team I followed much, but from what I've read/heard, he seems to have been a class act and a fantastic guy. I wish him nothing but the best. He was a very fun scorer to watch at his peak. It reminded me a bit of Lillard, where he would go on these heaters, and you couldn't do anything to stay in front of him.

Crazy to think he was an All-star this decade and already retired. We haven’t even reached the halfway mark.

4 x All Star as well. Hornets and and 1 of them with the Celtics.

Was a baller at his peak/healthy.
Played this past season overseas.

Very good career. Held it down for the six-foot-and-under crowd. Seemed like a class act.

Things were looking so promising that first year in Boston. If you told me he’d be retired just 4 years later, I absolutely would not believe you.

But yeah, very good career. Made the most out of what he had physically.

Is he the Charlotte franchise icon? I think so. Zo and Larry Johnson weren't on the team long enough.
