Chicago Bulls. Flagg and Buzelis future frontcourt duo to challenge Paolo/Franz and Tatum/Brown.

The other team would be: Charlotte. Miller/Flagg as the frontcourt duo.

Washington and Brooklyn would offer immediate minutes but the cupboard is so bare. The other two teams, the narratives write themselves.

I expect one of those 4 to end up with Cooper.

Somewhere out East. Nets and Bulls most likely for hype purposes

Last year the conspiracy was the NBA wanted Wemby to go to a consistently stable organisation with a strong coach.

Probably Jazz fit that bill the best. So if that logic holds I would have expected more votes for them.

Of teams that are listed, only the Jazz have never gotten the first overall pick, so theres that. (Teams not on the list that also havent gotten 1st overall, Nuggets, Heat, Thunder, Pacers, Grizzlies).

Also Jazz have 2 unprotected picks in 2025, plus their own top 10 protected pick. So with some luck they could have good lottery odds.

I'm assuming Flagg will be going first overall unless things change from now until next years draft. So Jazz getting the 1st wouldn't be too shocking.

Obviously I want my Raptors team to get the 1st overall but thats an uphill battle given how treadmill prone we are.

Nets are in one of the few glamour markets (LA Miami NY) it’s advantageous for the league to get Flagg to Brooklyn.

To be fair, my conspiracy theory before the lotto was that Pop wanted to retire and the league gave him Wemby to keep him around and I won 1k off draft kings on the Spurs winning the lotto…so there’s that…

If it is truly fixed, almost certainly Chicago or Brooklyn, big markets in a rebuild. Chicago "might" befurther along with Giddey, White, and Williams already on hand thought so....

Just makes sense to rebuild big market teamss and have them making money

Charlotte never gets the #1 pick, but I will just throw this out there.

Duke is just a few hours away from Charlotte. Why leave the state of NC he can retire here as a legend in the Carolina's.
