WB traded and bought out AGAIN by the Jazz? Bizarre. Wonder if a player has ever been bought out by the same team twice, definitely not in back to back years.

This is a former MVP here. He's gonna be a disaster in Denver.

Joker and Westbrook - a great fit in the locker room, not so much on the floor.

I don't think it's the best fit for Denver... But I'm always rooting for both Westbrook and Jokic. Hope it works out in the end.

Russ is basically a caricature of himself at this point. Sad ending to an entertaining career

Damn!

Jokic championship days are over. Dude just requested to play with a guy who is known to kill championship caliber teams.

When will these players learn Westbrook is not good for playoff basketball smh. I was already down on Denver, but this move basically has me all the way done with their championship aspirations.

Denver fans brace yourselves the Russ experiment is coming! :o

Feel like this is a desperation move from the Nugs if he stays on the roster for the season, one that will not work out

Finally that deal gets done (no pun intended). Now the Clippers just need to move Powell, Bones or Mann. They still have a really big log jam of guards who need minutes. Miller, KPJ, Christie, Bones all being young guards who want much bigger roles. Powell is the guy IMO that should go out for a PF.

Finally the Nuggets will get the ball across half court on a consistent basis.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

I really feel that the relationship George Karl has with Melo is kind of like how Bret Hart feels about Bill Goldberg.

"Russ is rough and tumble, tough dude, unlike Melo who would cry about everything" - Possibly George Karl.

Ain't no if.

Westbrook has been like this his entire career. Love the energy he brings, but man he's hard to watch in the playoffs.

Russ should be on a team with no expectations so he can continue to feel up the stat sheet and retire as one of the best triple dub pg's to ever play. He's not a winning player for contending teams.

I have faith Jokic will turn Russ into a viable slasher/cutter in the Denver offense. They needed another ball handler too. I also like is competitiveness and intensity off the bench for this team. He should be a welcome sight in DEN.

Jokic- Jordon
Gordon- Saric
MPJ- Watson
Braun- Strawther
Murray- Westbrook

That team is still a Naz Reid away from doing legit damage.

Poor reading comprehension on here. I agree though

Gonna be interesting. WB was good for the Clippers last year in a logjammed backcourt with no system, so he can still be a contributing player, and Denver is a way better culture than LAC.

Get ready to see some Jokic lobs to Westbrook. It'll be fun.
