Great job - thank you for running the polls. Regardless of where anyone thinks a player "should be" ranked, these kinds of rankings serve as a valuable barometer of fan opinion, and serve as a useful little time capsule - we get to look back in a year, in five years, and see who fell and who rose. These kinds of rankings, and the trade value rankings, are always very interesting.

Very interesting that there were 10 point guards and exactly 5 players from every other position! I knew it was a PG's world right now, but that's still fascinating that it's that much of a margin over every other position.

In my mind when I did that I thought here we go talking about the positions in 3....2....1...
However, I'm glad you pointed out that it was exactly 5 at every other position. And exacty 2 x more at PG.
Wild how that worked out!
And I asked GPT to write it out based on the list I gave it. It actually originally had Maxey at SG but I changed it. He's more of a combo guard I feel and can play either one. Then again it is positionless these days especially with Wings.

So why do you feel like AD is a power forward? Who's the starting center of the Lakers if that's the case?

I think GPT did their natural position not what they play in any particular season.
