Let's be honest if LeBron demands a trade...

Cleveland is the only place he will leave LA for. It's the only situation he is still the guy. His name holds weight in Cleveland. He's not going to play 2nd fiddle to Curry in GSW.
So it's either Cleveland or stay in LA for LeBron.
He finishes his career where it started. That's the only way this ends for LeBron. Keep in mind he's got camera men behind the scenes for his Last Dance documentary. It only makes sense for him to go back home and end his career.
Thoughts?

Sorry champ he's not winning a championship in LA.
You say it's moot, but if the Lakers keep losing he's gonna grow tired of losing. He probably wants to play for something at this point in his career. Cleveland gives him a much better chance at a championship right now.

LeQueen piggy backing on the success of the current Cleveland squad will do absolutely nothing for his legacy, and may even hurt it.

Im not even sure how a trade would work. Cleveland isnt trading a core piece for him and they dont have many picks. Lakers would be doing him a big favour taking all of these role guys (Levert,Strus,Niang)

LeBron has lied a lot throughout his career. His mind can change at any point.

Hes not demanding a trade, he won his titles. If he demands a trade, it would honestly be super insulting, Lakers bent to his knee at pathetic level, and now when team drafts his scrub son and gives him guranteed contract, signs his friend as head coach, now he demands a trade? No matter how smug LeBron might be, he aint doing that, he never once demanded a trade, he aint demanding trade from this particular team, hes in Hollywood, hes counting his money trying to get to future part owner status.

95% of the topic on this board are moot points.
I mean Jimmy Butler said he wants to stay in Miami yet there are multiple threads saying trade him.
How is this topic any different than the other moot topics?

Levert, Struss, Mobley, and Jerome with 2 unprotected 1sts and a 1st swap for Lebron would likely do. It all adds up and it can be executed 12/15 which is what is likely being discussed now. Does he want to stay and not compete for a title or go back to CLE and make it happen?

Are you out of your mind?
Cleveland laughs and hangs up the phone.

If im the Lakers I take that deal and run.
You can argue this deal improves both teams who's scoring on a AD/Mobley frontcourt besides Jokic?
That's a killer deal for LA.

Mobley wouldnt be in the deal. He certainly wouldnt be in the deal with 1sts on top

Take the 1st out it's LeBron at the end of the day. I think a deal can get done.
Love Mobley but he ain't no LeBron.

You get what, another 6 months of Lebron as a star level player? Unless this puts them over the top and makes them huge favs (it doesnt), it's an all in deal in the short term for a player who looks as bad as he's ever looked.

Yikes, no way Cleveland is talking about this. Cleveland wouldn't move Mobley for LeBron straight up if it was possible, much less giving up all that other stuff. LeBron still has some left in the tank but he is 40 this month, Mobley is cornerstone guy for Cleveland for years to come.
Bottom line is that LeBron makes too much money at his age for almost any trade to make sense unless someone with a high salary has a devastating injury. And in general I think LeBron with his NT clause will just want to stay in LA.

Don’t think LeBron has much interest in leaving LA
