Is it time to trade Lebron?

Post#1 » by atlantabbq99 » Sun Feb 2, 2025 9:29 am

To the Spurs or back to MIA?

Cleveland or PHX or OKC or Knicks would also be fun.

Luka and Lebron are the two biggest names in the NBA, but on paper its just a bad combination and the age gap doesn't make sense.

LAL get one or two young players to team up with Luka like Evan Mobley or Kel Ware.

Lebron get to team up with Wemby or Garland for one more season before calling it quits.

Until today i would laugh at you for suggesting Mobley for Grandpa Bron.
After today...i guess we live in 2k simulation, sure why not.

Yeah and they could probably get Jokic for him. And throw in Wemby for good measure.

Would be really impressed with the Lakers brass if they are able to trade LeBron. That rebuild is going to be so fast if they can do that.

Bron has a no-trade clause so it’s up to him but yeah the fit isn’t great. A lot of overlap.

Since the wild Luka to LA trade any other trade suggestion until this year's trade deadline is valid and acceptable. LOL

LeBron to GSW for Kuminga and contracts that will allow this trade. i can really see this happening now for the reason that this is wild too. LOL

What just happened clearly went over your head if think LeBron is getting traded...

I expect a trade for a Center by days end.

Vuc- Hayes
LBJ- Van
DFS- Cam
Luka- Knect
Reaves- Vincent

Lakers are my favs to come out West at this point. Their starting 5 and offense is going to be absolutely ridiculous.

Lakers are probably closest to getting Day'Ron Sharpe unless Utah comes down from their crazy valuation of Kessler

Still a play-in team-- and that's assuming Luka is 100% until the rest of the year, which is not guaranteed.

Yes it is, get back as many amazing defensive young guys as you can to build the team around Luka.
