Ya I can't imagine it's going to be safe for Nico. I never condone violence and hope it doesn't reach that extent but it's also a horrible thing to do to your fanbase/city. Luka's don't grow on trees man.

Lukas left leg better be amputated below the knee when he makes his Lakers debut. If he's not wearing a prosthetic Nico is dead to me.

The only way this trade would ever be justifiable is if Luka isn’t the same player anymore after his injury. Kind of like when Ainge shipped IT.

The thing I don't understand is that the Mavs GM made lot of shrewd moves and trades over the last year and half....then all of a sudden, when he makes a move like this, something just doesn't add up

He deserves all the (verbal) abuse he would get if he showed his face in public for what he's done. He has destroyed basketball in DFW for the foreseeable future.

honestly, i dont feel that bad for him. hes a millionair, he can afford some security. its not like the mavs fans will hide snipers on rooftops to execute him. you have to be aware of the implications, if you decide to trade a player like that. i dont wanna imagine what would happen, if the knicks traded even brunson out of the blue, in terms of threats, social media hate, etc..

this team isn't winning **** as constructed. it doesn't even make sense without luka. they didn't need another big either

I just don’t understand how they didn’t get multiple picks back in this deal.

No way Nico makes this trade without Adelson’s wanting it
