BI is too overrated to be a core of anything
we know this because he was the core of the pels and they sukkked wayyyy below 500 the whole time, and every year we heard about the potential of the team as contenders - they never came close because the team only lived and died with the oft injured ZION. i would rank ingram as a faux core player, known only because he was a pelican - a ZION LED team that became everyone's darling choice
