The Philadelphia 76ers forward was ruled out for the rest of the season Monday afternoon due to both a left adductor muscle injury and a left knee injury. He received injections for both of them Monday, the team announced, and will now be out at least six weeks recovering.

Now he can put in extra time into his podcast. Any one not surprised!

George has not played since March 4. He also reportedly took painkilling injections for five straight games before the All-Star break in February. George averaged 16.2 points and 5.3 rebounds in 41 games this season, his first with the 76ers.

Hey Lawrence Frank actually made a good move for once.

Should the 76ers admit that PG is not a good fit, and facilitate a buyout? No way you can trade him with that contract. Maybe the 76ers should blow it up, buyout PG and trade Joel Embiid, start fresh as Maxey as the centerpiece to around.

I assume Maxey is next to get treatment.

Well this only helps the 76ers lottery chances. We could be potentially looking at a "Duncan drafted to the Spurs" situation if either the 76ers, Pelicans, or Spurs win the lottery and get to draft Flagg. Adding Flagg to any of those teams(permitting they stay healthy of course) and they become contenders. If the Spurs get Flagg, may God have mercy on the rest of the league.
